An Art Deco-era lamp by French sculptor of Belgian birth Claire Colinet. She is especially known for her Arab female dancers, in which she celebrated physical beauty, energy and drama in motion. Colinet was a frequent exhibitor at the Salon des Artistes Francais and Salon des Independents in Paris. The marble base lamp features three dancers; their charm is enhanced by the light from the onyx lanterns.
