Jitka Kolínská's graphic work is another field in which she develops themes of magical realism. Quiet evening and night compositions, delicate and femininely fragile, are combined with interesting dreamlike motifs and contrast with the striking colors she used in her paintings. Jitka Kolínská also devoted herself to illustrating books for young children. It is precisely her ability to project emotions into her paintings and illustrations through symbols and visual poetry that is characteristic of her work.
