The sculpture of General M. R. Štefánik, which was created in connection with the promotion of Czechoslovak aviation, specifically Masaryk's Aviation League, depicts this important figure of the First Republic in uniform and with a saber. The author of this small sculpture is the renowned sculptor Otakar Švec, whose work is primarily associated with the motif of motorcyclists.
