Josef Bílek (1896 - 1978) TOMÁŠ GARRIGUE MASARYK

Jan Bílek, who studied under Bohumil Kafka at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, is known for his monuments and memorial plaques. In addition to the bust made of Carrara marble, the author's portrait of the first Czechoslovak president, Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, can also be found in Hodkovice nad Mohelkou.
