Beautifull porcelain vase with iridiscent glaze and crab motive. A very good example of the so-called Carlsbad Art Nouveau, made around 1900 by Carl Knoll in Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad Porzellanfabrik Carl Knoll). The company was founded by Carl Joseph Knoll in 1842, originally as a kaolin laundry, and was licensed to produce porcelain in 1848.
