Cyril Bouda first devoted himself to free graphics and painting pictures. All his life he worked as an illustrator of books, especially fairy tales, Czech legends, humorous and historical books. He also converted his illustrations into cartoons. He was, among other things, a graphic designer-designer of Czechoslovak stamps.
