Jaroslav Horejc (1886 - 1983) SITTING WOMAN

The sculpture of a seated, half-naked woman belongs to the artist's early period and is an example of a less common archaic sculpture, although the whole is subject to elegant stylization and ornamentation. The dimensions given include the pedestal. Defect: abrasions on the patina, restored corner of the plinth.
