This set of two chairs made of bent red-stained beech wood was manufactured by Ton Bystřice pod Hostýnem according to a design by Zdeněk Rothbauer for the furnishings of the iconic Czechoslovak Embassy in Stockholm, which was designed by Zdeněk Rothbauer, architects Jan Bočan and Jan Šrámek, and many other leading Czech artists. Very good condition.
