CUP BŘEZOVÁ

Cup featuring a prominently placed and finely executed painting on the front, depicting the Madonna seated on a throne with the infant Jesus and a kneeling John the Baptist. The scene is rendered with exceptional precision and subtle coloration. The central image is framed by gilded panels with stylized floral decoration in gold. The handle is volute-shaped and gilded. The lower edge of the cup is adorned with a faceted band and gilded droplet motifs. An exceptionally high-quality piece from the Březová manufactory.
