A large figural porcelain sculpture featuring three partially clothed putti playing and wrestling with a black goat. One figure is seated on the animal’s back, another lies beneath it holding one of its horns, and the third holds a garland. The goat wears a lavish garland around its neck, woven from leaves and grapevine fruits in shades of blue, purple, and pink. The entire scene, executed in the style of late Rococo, is set on an oval base with a modeled terrain, bordered by a gently relief-decorated rim featuring gilded vegetal motifs. Produced by the Volkstedt porcelain manufactory.

Damage: chips in the garland, wear to the gilding.
