JARDINIÈRE WITH BACCHIC PROCESSION

Oval cylindrical jardinière made of cream-glazed stoneware, decorated with a relief design of dancing figures, including fauns with horns and flutes. The decoration is inspired by Bacchic motifs from classical antiquity. The surface features fine crackle glazing. Marked “Made in Czechoslovakia.” Likely produced by a Czechoslovak ceramic manufacturer for export.
