Footed cup with a sculpted and partially gilded handle in the form of a bearded male head with horns—likely representing the god Pan or a satyr. The body of the cup is decorated with a diagonal gold band featuring zodiac signs set against a blue background. The upper rim is adorned with a broad white band inlaid with gold five-pointed stars. A French inscription on the body reads: "Que ce cercle en marquant le temps, désigne votre bonheur." The saucer is designed in the same spirit, with a central medallion bearing the inscription: "Et l’éternité la durée de mon amitié."  Produced by the Sorgenthal-era Vienna porcelain manufactory.
