Karel Karas (1892 - 1969) LANDSCAPE

Karel Karas studied for as a painter and calligrapher, but fine art was his passion, so he entered the Ukrainian Academy of Fine Arts, which at the time was the only art academy where adult students could apply. He painted mostly lovely landscapes with trees and dirt roads or ponds.
