Ctirad Stehlík studied at the Industrial School of Ceramics in Bechyně and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague with Karel Souček and Ladislav Čepelák. He devoted himself to landscape painting and graphics. He has exhibited in Tokyo, Mexico and Afghanistan, among others, and is represented in the collections of the National Gallery in Prague. Three prints in size 56 x 61 cm, 50 x 60 cm, 69 x 50 cm.
