This exceptional wooden Baroque sculpture displays the characteristic style of Ignác František Platzer, consistent with the sculptural decoration of the central staircase of the Sylva Taroucce Palace in Prague, also known as Savarin. The putto is depicted in an almost dancing pose, enhanced by flowing drapery. Original gilding.
