Luděk Marold (1865 - 1898) ON A BICYCLE

Luděk Marold became famous for his drawings and illustrations, and also became a compelling chronicler of Parisian aesthetics. He observed and brilliantly recorded the life around him, often leaving his drawings unfinished and relying on their immediate effect. When used for black-and-white illustrations, the brisker execution actually made them more dynamic.
