Adriena Šimotová underwent a fundamental artistic genesis that transformed her sensitive art of fragile beauty on a material level. It is precisely because of this fragility and minimalist works that she chose paper as a carrier of her ideas and abandoned the traditional painting path. She created sculptures, worked with space, and imprinted structures on paper. She also worked with textiles. Her philosophical and intuitive work is particularly evident in her exploration of the body, structures and the essence of objects that find themselves in the compositions, inviting a deeper conversation with the work - an encounter within the work itself. Framed under anti-reflective glass with UV filter.
