Milan Knížák, a member of the Fluxus movement, has made a name for himself both in the Czech Republic and abroad. The author's work is diverse, with elements of controversy, which aims to comment on socio-cultural issues and ask uncomfortable questions. Milan Knížák has organized more than 120 solo exhibitions, was rector of the Academy of Fine Arts and subsequently director of the National Gallery in Prague.
