Ladislav Dydek (1919 - 2006) NUDE

Ladislav Dydek experimented in the spirit of modernist concepts, but he was also the founder of the Máj 57 group, painted, illustrated, and designed stained glass windows. He created in the tradition of French modernists, especially until 1948. His technique deliberately deviated from socialist realism, and he created harmonious works with a balance of striking colors and confident contours. In 1969, he emigrated to Italy, where interesting collections of his works were created.
