The rare lamp made of pure frosted glass with simple shapes and an interesting glass structure has two foci of light. The glassworks in the French town of Nancy was founded at the end of the nineteenth century (1878) by the wealthy bourgeois Jean Daum, who soon passed it on to his talented sons, Auguste and Antoine, who also made the Daum Nancy brand famous throughout Europe. Electrified, excellent condition. Bibliography: 'DAUM' by Clotilde Bacri. Ed. By Clotilde Bacre. Paris 1992: archive drawing of the model design on page 205.
