Georges Pelletier is a ceramic artist who lives and works in Cannes, France. His ceramic works are highly sought after by art collectors, and each piece is unique. Paris offered him a rich cultural environment, where he frequently visited the studio of Fernand Léger and other artists. In the early 1960s, he opened his first ceramics studio in Paris, where he began creating unique works that caught the attention of Maison Bobois, which sold his creative lamps and sculptures with lampshades made by Pierre Ménard from fabrics by Roche Bobois from 1961 to 1973. In 1973, he moved to Cannes, where he established a new studio, where he still works today alongside his son. His style is recognizable by the sun motifs he integrates into his ceramics and by his use of small gold beads. Electrified.
