Jiří Netík (1953) ANGEL

The author's work focuses on the spiritual anchoring of humans at the turn of the millennium in the context of nature, the universe, and human history. His attention is focused on the individual with his or her pain, search for identity, roots, and place on earth. In addition to his artistic work, he is also active as a teacher – he collaborates externally with the Faculty of Architecture at the Brno University of Technology and has been teaching at the Higher Vocational School of Arts and Crafts in Brno since 1996.
