A caricature by Josef Novák, who regularly contributed to newspapers and also illustrated books. Author's text below: "What are you representing, beautiful madam? The Bride of Messina. Is that from Schiller? No, please, from Barhoň." (Note: Josef Barhoň sold fashion fabrics in Prague in the first half of the 20th century.)
