A densely hand-knotted wool carpet on a cotton warp, approx. 360,000 knots per square meter, a beautiful full-surface design of elegant floral scrolls intertwined with so-called drops of life. The design features carnations, among other things, although the overall impression is that of various composite flowers appearing both in and between the drops, with the design as a whole evoking a blossoming paradise garden. Probably only natural colors. Professionally cleaned on both sides.
