Vladimír Bachorík (1963) GLASS SCULPTURE

Vladimír Bachorík is a sculptor and glass artist. He studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. He has exhibited his work in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles—his pieces are represented in many private and public collections and museums in the U.S.—as well as in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland, and Japan. Bachorík’s glass sculptures work beautifully with light; they are generous in design, substantial in mass, and yet pure in form.
