Cyril Chramosta (1908 - 1990) SPACE

Chramosta graduated from the Secondary Technical School of Civil Engineering in Prague and then studied privately under the painter Oldřich Blažíček. His work is known primarily for its landscape motifs; still lifes and abstract works are extremely rare. Cyril Chramosta was constantly seeking new experiments; he handled abstract art with confidence and also worked with cosmic motifs and the movement of celestial bodies.
