Square ceramic tile with polychrome underglaze decoration in cobalt blue, turquoise, green, and manganese tones on a light ground. The composition features stylized floral motifs, tulips, and saz leaves derived from the ornamental repertoire of Ottoman ceramics. A highly decorative and valuable object of exceptional artistic quality. Attributed to Damascus production in Syria during the Ottoman period.
