Jiří Anderle is currently one of the most important Czech graphic artists and the role of man, whether mythological, artistic, historical or social, has repeatedly been at the centre of his work. His works include paraphrases of the old masters, to whom he pays tribute with his perfectly mastered craft. Print numbered 40/45, with a dedication in the plate to the art historian Gerd Köhrmann.
