Jan Slavíček, the son of Antonín Slavíček, enjoyed creating quick, sketch-like diary entries from his travels. He undertook several study trips, particularly to Italy, France, and Corsica. His choice of landscape scenes stems from Antonín Slavíček’s training in landscape painting. Dimensions measured inside the passe-partout: 30x45 cm and 21x28,5 cm.
