The corrugated table with a pleated high base is decorated with floral paintings with white icing. Holíč ceramics demonstrates the high level of folk art and manufactory production of the time. The production of the Holíč manufactory did not have its own typical designs, it was based on the designs of important factories in Europe - they were mainly Italian, French and German. However, the peculiarity of Holíč faience is given by the way it is processed and by how they mastered these patterns in Holíč - at first they made them for the Viennese court, later they created Rococo porcelain and earthenware. It was founded by the husband of Empress Maria Theresa, František Štepán Lotrinský (1708–1765). From the very beginning, the manufactory used local resources, but experts from the Haban circle, French ceramic masters and artists from Tuscany were involved in the production. Marked from below.
