A bronze plaque featuring a sculptural Art Nouveau relief of a female figure in flowing drapery, surrounded by three child figures. The lower section bears the inscription: “DIPLOM / SLAVNÁ PRAŽSKÁ ÚVĚRNÍ BANKA / STALA SE VĚNOVÁNÍM / K: 10.000. / ZAKLÁDAJÍCÍM ČLENEM / ÚSTŘEDNÍ MATICE ŠKOLSKÉ V PRAZE”. Dated 13 May 1910 and bearing several period signatures of the institution’s representatives.
