"Actually, I searched for forms by color until I won them out by painting." Characteristic is the rich contrasting colors, dramatic play of light and shadow, energetic brushstrokes, brevity. Expressive and dense painting, well capturing the volume, is the author's typical feature, which has its roots not only in modern directions, but also in Baroque forms.
