Šárka Radová (1949) FIGURATIVE SCULPTURE OF A MIME

Šárka Radová is a ceramic artist and sculptor. She is the granddaughter of painter Vlastimil Rada and the daughter of ceramic artists Jindřiška and Pravoslav Rada. She studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague under Professor O. Eckert. Her work focuses on figurative sculpture and reliefs with poetic themes. Her works are represented in the collections of the National Gallery Prague and the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague, as well as in numerous Czech and international art collections.
