Zdeněk Sýkora (1920 - 2011) 13 LINES FOR STEPHEN HAWKING

Zdeněk Sýkora was one of the very progressive artists who thoroughly researched the effect of color and line. He also used a computer to compose some of his artworks. The technique of serigraphy is invaluable in the case of Sýkor's work, because we have a very good idea of the author's work. He used the lines as an analogy to human lives, thoughts and relationships and related their individual compositions to the authors he admired. Among them was, for example, Karel Hynek Mácha.
